At Care Centre our supported living services enable people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live a community integrated life as well as inputting their own living arrangements and lifestyle with support from our skilled health care professionals.
We offer hands on assistant 24/7 and accommodation in supported living housing properties that have been carefully adapted to each individual’s needs.
Supported living also offers where activities are planned with each client beforehand to allow each individual to integrate within the community. Activities such as outdoor sports, site seeing within the UK and activities that are tailored to each individual.
Domiciliary
Domiciliary care promotes independence by enabling individuals to continue living in their own homes. It allows them to maintain control over their daily routines, activities, and decision-making processes.
At Care Centre our Domiciliary Carer also known as home carers are professionals who help individuals within the community within their own homes through daily visits. Our Domiciliary Carer’s focus on assisting with household tasks, medication, cooking, personal care and other activities that help to maintain quality of life.
